This loop box is made to connect 2 precast concrete elements to each other. The loop box is cast into the first element using the external loop which is attached to the reinforcement. It is attached to the wooden formwork.
After pouring the first precast unit, the formwork is removed and the loop box can be opened. Behind the tape is the loop that is brought out and connected to the reinforcement of the second part.
Always make sure there is enough reinforcement in the loops and around the loops.
