This fixing sleeve is used for temporary fixing with low load capacities. It should NOT be used for hoisting. The extra rebars welded onto the screw sleeve provide an extra transfer of force.
The plastic nail flange of the fixation sleeve ensures that no impurities can get into the sleeve during casting. The square plate ensures that the sleeve cannot rotate during the fixation process.
